Waterproofing Building London
Our client building is located adjacent to other building making it difficult to install scaffolding and costly. The building is shaped with a steep angle allowing difficult to access these areas. We not only face a technical challenge to difficult to reach areas, the building is a bespoke building using the foam-like material for construction. We were facing this building that could damage the external facade. We developed a technique to achieve our rope access area and apply Sika approved product to seal off cracks identified and walls to prevent water from penetrating through the walls.We continue to develop and innovate our technique and to build awareness should we face technical problems.
